The meaning behind Zinova
The name Zinova reflects the intention behind our clinic. “Zi” draws inspiration from “Zoe”, meaning life, while “Nova” reflects the idea of a new beginning and the space to shine. For us, it represents a personal approach to care that respects who you are and celebrates the Radiance uniquely yours.

Meet Our Founder
Shiela’s healthcare career spans more than 15 years in general surgical nursing. Her experience includes eight years in clinical nursing, two years as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and five years as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager.
Alongside postgraduate qualifications in stomal and wound therapy and experience in private community health, these roles have shaped her approach to assessment, skin integrity, patient education and procedural care.
Shiela has also completed further training in cosmetic aesthetics and intravenous infusion care, bringing these interests into her practice at Zinova.
Shiela wanted to create a clinical space where you to feel comfortable discussing aesthetics and wellness, with time to ask questions and understand your options without feeling rushed or intimidated. Whether you attend on your own or bring someone you trust, her approach centres on helping you feel heard, informed and supported.
